What's left at the end
Have you ever cleaned out a very messy closet? or perhaps under a bed? At the end there often comes a point where you start to say you're nearly done, all the big things have been taken care of and now it's just the random debris of living, the scraps of paper and forgotten candies, the things that look like they should be so insignificant they won't take any time at all, and yet they are the things that took the most time to accumulate there and often they are the hardest to sort through. Sometimes we simply shove them aside to clean up some other time. In this piece I hoped to capture not only some of the objects, but some of the feelings that come with the junk and treasures that are still left at the end.
